📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor payments.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and improve payment terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external vendors.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into accounts payable performance.
• Implement and enforce internal controls to minimize errors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable, and recommend improvements to processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong background in financial accounting and vendor management.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle for accounts payable processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
