Your daily tasks will include processing transactions, managing cash and inventory, and providing friendly customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Manage cash drawers and ensure proper handling of store funds
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues
• Stock and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and appealing store environment
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is required
• Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
