📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of depots, agencies, and hawkers, ensuring that products are distributed efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow our market share in the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and other key partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked appropriately to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular site visits to depots, agencies, and hawkers to assess performance and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of depots, agencies, and hawkers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and distribution, with a proven track record in managing depots, agencies, and hawkers.
• Strong knowledge of the consumer goods industry, with a deep understanding of market trends and dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
