📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.,Previous experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
