📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's strategic goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs and gaps through assessments, surveys, and performance evaluations.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the impact of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
