📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software,Maintain and update IT systems and networks,Monitor system performance and security,Provide training and documentation for end-users,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving,Experience with network administration and security,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
