Material Sourcing Specialist - Outdoor Furniture (Bali, Indonesia)

PERSOL is seeking a Material Sourcing Specialist to join our team in the beautiful regions of Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial in ensuring we source the highest quality materials for our premium outdoor furniture. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating exceptional products that meet international standards.

As a Material Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing materials from various suppliers. Your daily tasks will include market research, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis to ensure we deliver the best value to our customers. You will work closely with our design and production teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers for outdoor furniture materials.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best materials at competitive prices.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials.
• Analyze material costs to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and industry standards to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure material requirements are met.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the outdoor furniture industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in material sourcing, preferably in the outdoor furniture industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of industry standards and certifications (e.g., FSC, GRS).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with procurement software such as Ariba or Coupa is a plus.
