You’ll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of service, from preparing and serving food and beverages to assisting with clean-up and restocking. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
Assist guests with their orders and ensure they receive the best possible experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often with multiple tasks at once.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid food handling certificate and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a strong work ethic.
