📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a smile, providing information and direction as needed.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing the receptionist's calendar.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and breaking down event spaces.
  • Monitor and maintain the reception area's supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
