📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts in the Manufacturing and SAP sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the recruitment industry, preferably within Manufacturing or SAP.
  • Strong understanding of the Manufacturing and SAP industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
