📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in inventory checks and cost control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Experience with kitchen management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
