Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operations align with the overall business strategy.Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the safety and security of our operations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in using operations management software and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
