📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery as needed.,Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.,Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.,Report any issues or malfunctions in machinery to the supervisor.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production problems.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).,Familiarity with basic machine operation and maintenance.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Valid driver's license (preferred).
