Toko Elektronik Jaya Auto Service is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and presentation.,Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date, and that the restaurant is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, as well as health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
