📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, caterers, and event planners.,Ensure the smooth operation of banquet events by overseeing setup, service, and cleanup.,Greet and assist guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, including tables, chairs, and decor.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages during the event.,Collaborate with the event manager to ensure all event details are executed according to the plan.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Assist in the post-event evaluation and feedback process to improve future events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in banquet or event staffing roles.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination tasks.,Good knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
