🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in blasting operations
- Certification in blasting operations (e.g., Certified Blaster, Certified Mine Safety Professional)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Surpac software
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards
