📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover overdue payments through effective communication and negotiation
• Document all interactions and actions taken in our CRM system, Salesforce
• Ensure compliance with OJK and ISO standards in all debt recovery processes
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding balances
• Assist in the development and implementation of new debt recovery strategies
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in all interactions
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in debt recovery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt recovery or customer service roles
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Understanding of OJK and ISO standards for financial services
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
