📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Monitor and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor relationships.,Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Support the procurement team in preparing and submitting purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
