As a Deputy Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance.,Ensuring the safety and security of the warehouse and its employees, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Managing and supervising warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implementing and monitoring inventory control systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.,Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitoring and analyzing warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and labor productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency and productivity.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes, including ERP and WMS.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire warehouse staff.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with safety and security regulations and standards, including OSHA and ISO.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
