📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing high-quality leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Set and achieve sales targets, with a focus on both quantity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
• Certification in sales techniques or related fields is a plus.
