PT Indah Tirta is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Subang, Jawa Barat. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.

Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available when needed.

Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs.

Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for vehicles.

Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Provide regular reports on fleet status and performance.

Handle any issues or emergencies related to the fleet.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
