📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations to ensure high-quality food production.,Develop and implement menu items that align with the restaurant's vision and customer preferences.,Manage and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring they adhere to food safety and quality standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize food costs and inventory management.,Conduct regular quality checks and taste tests to maintain food standards.,Participate in training and development programs for the culinary team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in menu development and cost control.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Valid food handler's certificate.
