As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining employee records, managing HR software, and providing support to the HR team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Update and maintain employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee data, including personal information, job details, and employment history.
• Manage and troubleshoot HR system issues, providing technical support to the HR team.
• Assist in the implementation of new HR processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Conduct data audits and cleanse employee data to maintain high standards of integrity.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HR systems.
• Generate reports and analytics on employee data to support HR decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR data management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in HR data management or a related field is a plus.
