TRACE Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Tax Officer to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and a passion for ensuring compliance and accuracy in tax-related matters.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide tax advice and guidance to employees and clients on tax-related matters.,Maintain and update tax records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tax obligations are met and deadlines are adhered to.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff as needed.,Represent the company in tax-related meetings and negotiations with government agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
