Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Assist in the creation of training materials and videos,Review and edit technical content for clarity and accuracy,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software, hardware, or other technical products,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
