SHIFT Sentosa is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Makassar. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Write and edit user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of training materials and tutorials.,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales collateral.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
