📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Evaluate and select the most qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.,Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
