📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Conduct employee assessments and provide feedback to help employees grow and develop.
• Support the HR team in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of HR records and databases using tools like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR practices align with business objectives.
• Attend and contribute to HR meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources and talent management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
