📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of mining operations,Ensure that all mining activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all employees,Oversee the maintenance and repair of mining equipment and machinery,Monitor and report on the performance of mining operations to senior management,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of mining operations,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,Provide leadership and guidance to the mining team to ensure that they are motivated and engaged in their work🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry,Strong knowledge of mining operations, equipment, and safety protocols,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work effectively in a team environment,Experience with remote management and supervision,Familiarity with Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry standards,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes🛠️ Keahlian
