Senior System Administrator

Diamond Global Dinamis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to support their needs and projects.

This is a full-time position located in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our IT systems.
• Support and assist our development and operations teams with their IT needs.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and networking technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
