🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the automotive or EV service industry.,Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of service technicians.,Strong knowledge of EV technology and service procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Certifications in EV service and maintenance are a plus.
