Space Royal Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Subang. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their training goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Coordinate with external trainers and vendors to enhance training programs.,Evaluate and update training materials and resources as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel for training purposes when required.
