📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain a variety of advanced machinery, including CNC machines, injection molding machines, and assembly line equipment.
• Ensure that machinery is running smoothly and efficiently, with minimal downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
• Monitor production output and quality, ensuring that it meets or exceeds company standards.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues.
• Keep accurate records of machinery performance and maintenance activities.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
