In this role, you will work closely with our team of engineers to install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance. You will use industry-standard tools like OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer), spectrum analyzers, and fiber optic testers to diagnose and resolve network issues. With 3-5 years of experience in fiber optic technology, you will play a crucial role in our mission to bridge the digital divide in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic backbone networks, ensuring high-quality service and minimal downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they affect network performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems using advanced diagnostic tools such as OTDR and spectrum analyzers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network expansion projects.
• Document all work activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance, for future reference.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
• Provide technical support to field engineers and other stakeholders as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in fiber optic technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in fiber optic network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using OTDR, spectrum analyzers, and other fiber optic testing equipment.
• Knowledge of fiber optic standards and regulations, including ITU-T and Telkom Indonesia guidelines.
• Familiarity with network design and planning tools such as AutoCAD or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites as required.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines.
